Phone Balance Reimbursement: Requires the purchase and activation of at least three Spectrum Mobile lines, including one port-in line (“Qualifying Lines”), within 30 days of order. Reimbursement is for the remaining device balance of port-in lines, excluding interest and other fees. The buyout does not cover tablets or wearable devices. Up to $500 credit per port-in line, with a maximum of 5 lines or $2,500 per account. One offer per account. Submit the application and proof of device balance within 30 days of activation. Must be in good standing with your previous carrier. Credit is provided via prepaid card (no cash access, expires in 12 months). Terms and conditions apply. The offer may not be combinable with other offers. Failure to maintain service on Qualifying Lines for 12 months will result in the forfeiture of the entire buyout amount.

Mobile Offer Details

Anytime Upgrade Details
Available for customers subscribed to Spectrum Mobile Unlimited Plus for one billing cycle and in good standing. Trade-in devices must be operable; otherwise, an additional redemption fee may apply. Enrollment in a new Device Payment Plan and maintenance of Unlimited Plus for 2 billing cycles are required.
Trade-In Offer
Requires trade-in of a qualifying device, purchase, and activation of a new device. Credit is applied over 36 months on your bill statement. Trade-in device must be valued at more than $0. Device Requirements
Speed Boost is available on Spectrum Mobile devices when connected to Spectrum Advanced WiFi. Advanced WiFi and compatible equipment are required. Speeds may vary.
