Yes, you’ll receive a new SIM card when you switch to Spectrum Mobile. eSIM-capable devices can use one physical SIM card and one eSIM or two eSIMs simultaneously.

Currently, Spectrum Mobile supports eSIM devices like the iPhone 12 and 13 series, with plans to support more manufacturers.

IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity, a unique 15-digit number that identifies GSM devices. CDMA devices have an MEID number, and dual-SIM phones have two IMEI numbers.

To find your IMEI number:

  1. From your device’s home screen, select “Settings.”
  2. Select “General.”
  3. Select “About.”
  4. Scroll down to find the IMEI, ESN, or MEID number.

Phone Balance Reimbursement Eligibility and Redemption Terms: To qualify, you must purchase and activate at least three Spectrum Mobile lines, including one port-in line (“Qualifying Lines”), within 30 days of the order. Reimbursement covers only the remaining device balance of port-in lines, excluding interest and fees, and does not include tablets or wearable devices. Up to $500 credit per port-in line, with a maximum of 5 port-in lines or $2,500 per account. Only one offer per account. Submit the application form and proof of device balance within 30 days of activation. Previous carrier account must be in good standing. Reimbursement is via prepaid card (no cash access, expires in 12 months). Credit eligibility requirements apply. This offer may not be combined with some other offers or discounts. If service on Qualifying Lines is not maintained for 12 months, the entire reimbursement amount will be forfeited and recovered.
